The motto Beach House

This is a picture of the Motto beach house that i just finished. It is designed to be an auxillary dwelling unit to go with the Larger house they plan to build on this site. It will eventually be a pottery studio. It will be a rental most likely in the near future.
Also there is a picture of the rooftop deck on the house.

Vincent residence drain

This is a picture of the drain i was required to put in to use the lot to build the Vincent residence on. The County said it was for draining approx. 60 lots above their house. This is the section that goes down the bluff 50 feet to the water.

Vincent residence timber framed porch

Here is a picture of the timber framed porch i built on the vincent residence

CoupevilleFfire Station Remodel

I'm installing a window in a wall in the firestation to create an office out of an enclosed room.

New Home Starting

I've just started a new home in Langley Wa. We started clearing the forest for the house location. It is going to be in the edge of the forest looking out over Saratoga Pasage. It is 1720 sq. feet with two covered porches and a large garage. It will have two bedrooms, two baths and a large studio for the owners art work.

Beginnings

I'm starting this blog to give customers and friends a look at the day to day process of building homes.
As of now i am part way thru building a home for the Vincent's on the north side of Penn Cove on Whidbey Island Wa.
I am also just starting a residence for the Motto's in Sandy Hook on the south end of whidbey Island.
I will be showing pictures as work proceeds.
